Being a studious student from right from her matriculation, Ms Anooja Bashir has done her graduation in bachelor of technology in Civil Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kothamangalam. She has not only been brilliant in her academics but also an active member in Arts and politics as well. She was also known for her artistic interest in dancing.

Ms Anooja Bashir has always been keen on pursuing her master’s education. Being graduated with lying colors her master’s dream at a reputed college just came in with ease. Her journey of entrepreneurship bloomed during her days pursuing master’s.
After pursuing her master’s degree, she was on the path of entrepreneurship, and that’s what her ambition has always been. To spread her wings beyond the borders she chose International Business as her forte for Master of business administration.

She proved her skills of customer handling and marketing as the project manager of Royal United Metal & Glass LLC. She was entrusted to ensure customer satisfaction, implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the respective groups. Task allocation along with Planning & Estimation was another important responsibility to handle. She published project best practices, reuse & tools at different organizational levels. She was remarked for the effective collaboration and communication with the stakeholders and ensured client satisfaction. To build strong people management skills to effectively liaise with vendors, clients, admin and application teams was her main forte.
Estimation Manager, Design Center
Being from a civil engineering background, her career began to grow as the estimation manager at Design Center, Dubai. Daily inspection of Quality of Work and Material delivered on site was her key responsibility. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and timely Handover of projects was something she did with ease. Supporting project meetings and project communication with client/ stakeholder in preparation of written reports/ Minutes of Meetings/ Weekly Reports to keep Client and Project Resources informed was completed effectively. She developed a pool of project supervisors, labour contractors and supplier resources in zone along with the development of good Practices.
Junior Engineer, System Construct
Her career started as a junior engineer at System Construct, Dubai, where was a fast learner and dedicated employee. Responsibilities of Anooja, included preparing preliminary cost estimates of projects that are in the conceptual stage. She assisted senior engineers in preparing rate analysis of different work packages. Performed comparative analysis of estimates for different specifications of the work package and arrived at the optimal cost and specification as per standards set by the company. She was also responsible for preparing the Bill of Quantities for high raised G+12 buildings and villas. Anooja, reviewed and completed bid proposals. She designed and prepared drawings using AUTOCAD software and prepared reports and submitted them to concerned authorities within the prescribed time.
Estimation Engineer, Abad Builders
Her civil engineering career grew in her homeland where she was an enthusiastic co-worker at Abad Builders. She was to assist the Project Manager in Project Planning, Schedule, Budget Engineering, Procurement, Optimization, Monitoring Demonstrates capability to follow Contractual Documentation including Purchase-Work Orders, Work Letters, Project Charters, Surveys and Drawings. Effectively Prepared Pre-Execution Engineering Cost Estimates & Budgets, Work-Plan Schedules & Milestones and Quality control. Ensured quality assurance and prepared a checklist for every work during execution. Daily inspection of Quality of Work and Material delivered on site was done with perfection.
